COIL Laying the Cornerstone for Global Mobility in Diploma Programs

The COIL project introduced a laddered approach to international learning experiences (the Mobility Access Pathway (MAP)) with COIL as the corner stone, a first step to creating opportunities for students and faculty to commit to international mindedness and increased global engagement. COIL activities included (a) delivery of COIL training and resources to faculty in preparation for the design and development of COIL course components; (b) design of COIL through a student-centered approach (c) identification and deeper engagement with potential COIL international partners; (d) integration of COIL component in existing course offering (e) monitoring and evaluation plan; (f) final report.
