Fostering Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Outbound Student Mobility

Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) is committed to addressing the challenges of accessibility, alongside ensuring equity and quality of experience for all students. This project focused on implementing innovative initiatives that have a transformative impact on student programming and improve student’s experience in global learning particularly for equity-seeking groups. In consultation with students, pre-departure resources specifically for equity groups were developed including partner and country profiles from an equity and inclusion lens.
