Increasing Access and Equity for Outbound Mobility

This project will support increased access to the benefits of GSO by developing an online tool to maximize the career and global skills students obtain through the GSO program.

The project will also demonstrate a model that enhances physical mobility by building collaboration with partner institutions before and after travel, and increases access for students unable to travel. By demonstrating the benefits of EDI-AR training, the project will also allow faculty and staff to better understand the benefits of supporting target student participation.

Finally, the project will pilot a networking event giving students access to industry representatives to share the skills learned through the GSO program and enhance their career prospects.
