Mobility by Design: Establishing human-centred mobility opportunities in the Americas

With the overarching outcome of increasing international mobility participation, this project aims to increase Algonquin College’s for credit international mobility opportunities, specifically in in the Americas, where there are very limited for credit opportunities. Considering the unique circumstances and barriers to participation faced by low-income students, indigenous students and students with disabilities, this project aims to incorporate their diverse perspectives into program design with the goal of not only better preparing students for a physical mobility opportunity but also enhancing and increasing opportunities to participate.
