New Horizons: Global skills, Indigenous Knowledge, and Student Mobility Program

The New Horizons program aims to provide opportunities for Indigenous students and low-income students to develop cultural intelligence and global awareness, expand their knowledge of issues relevant to Indigenous Peoples globally, and to provide students access to the innovative and culturally-relevant supports, resources, training and financial backing needed to participate in international mobility opportunities. Through the shared development of a series of courses and land-based learning experiences delivered by and in collaboration with partners in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Finland, Mexico, Norway and Australia, the program aims to expand the horizons of our Indigenous students.
