Northern Lights College International Placements Program

The Northern Lights College (NLC) International Placements Program will provide 24 students with an opportunity to complete their practicum requirement through an international placement in countries such as Kenya, Japan, Chile, Brazil, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago. The project expects to draw 50% of NLC participants from the program’s target groups. Students from the Social Service Worker, Early Childhood Education, Land and Water Resources, and Culinary Arts programs will have the chance to complete their practicum overseas through one of our international exchange partners, individually or in groups of 2-4 students, during the summers of 2022, 2023, and 2024.
