Ways in Indigenous Leadership

The Ways of Indigenous Leadership and Learning Program is a globally informed partnership between Ara Institute of Canterbury, New Zealand and Camosun College, Victoria, BC, Canada. The program addresses relational, cultural, and strategic elements of Indigenous leadership and seeks to offer a unique set of skills that supports leaders to weave cultural ways of being and doing into the practices of their organizations. This program is based in a trauma-informed leadership practice, which acknowledges the diverse experiences that many Indigenous peoples and Nations have faced across the world.
