Widening access and equity through Collaborative Online International Learning and diverse reimagined global field school experiences

This project engages the university community in accessible COIL programming and builds a range of re-imagined field schools to offer equal opportunity for Capilao University students to participate in outbound mobility experiences. With strategically chosen partners with shared EDI values to provide diverse intercultural experiences, COIL programming will introduce imaginative intercultural learning experiences for 455 participants. A further 176 participants will gain enhanced awareness and opportunities through the participation of eight reimagined field schools in diverse, non-traditional destinations. The field schools will feature strong wraparound services developed in consultation with underrepresented groups and delivered by CapU and our partner network.
