Global Horizons: #FromPilot2Program

#FromPilot2Program

With invaluable support from project leads at universities, colleges, cégeps and polytechnics, Global Skills Opportunity has helped thousands of Canadian post-secondary students gain international experiences over the past few years. The vast majority of these students are from underrepresented groups and they are building links with non-traditional countries.

The program is working. And we thank you for helping make it work.

Our five-year pilot program is coming up for renewal in March 2025. To continue to help Canadian students gain life-changing international work and study experiences, Global Skills Opportunity is looking for long-term, sustained funding from the Canadian Government in Budget 2024.

Much of our activities over the past few months have focused on this goal — and we will continue to advocate that GSO transition #FromPilot2Program.
