Generalist Business students learns how design thinking and innovation are driven by the Italian culture of integrating beauty and functionality into business practices and how centuries-old Italian culture influences the creative energies of its business sector. The program increases access to generalist Business students who have not previously had the opportunity to supplement their education at Mohawk with a global learning experience. Through industry visits, real-world case studies, and cultural excursions, it increases the intercultural competencies and professional networking skills of these students by providing students intimate interactions with the culture and industries of the region.
