Faculty-Led Classroom Abroad@Home

The Faculty-Led Classroom Abroad@Home–Storytelling (FLCA@Home-Storytelling), led by Danielle Harder, Professor in the Journalism-Mass Media program at Durham College (DC), seeks to continue the work with the Indigenous communities in Guatemala with a specific focus on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). DC students from various programs in the School of Media, Art and Design (MAD) and students in Guatemala work collaboratively to discover different modes of storytelling through online workshops, with the support from the International Education office at DC and Students Offering Support (SOS), a registered charity in Canada.
