International Student Mobility – Enhancement and Expansion Project

Carleton’s project will prioritize engaging underrepresented groups in international mobility experiences, including internships, exchanges and service-learning with the goal of providing increased equity around these high-impact experiences. Through partnerships with faculty, international partners and key departments, we will be strategic in our outreach to engage additional underrepresented students and develop enhanced supports. We will provide enhanced wraparound services to prepare students before, support during and solidify learnings following their experiences. Leveraging our existing international mobility programs as a foundation will enable us to focus more intentionally on supporting target students and will allow us to apply this funding directly to students.
