Miriam James

I use the knowledge and skills I gained during my GSO experience every day. From working with motion capture systems to problem solving, my term abroad has given me the tools to make major strides in my career and degree. I use the technical knowledge I gained in coursework and in the research I am completing this summer. The intercultural competencies that I strengthened have allowed me to connect with more students in classes and communicate more intentionally with my professors and supervisors. What I learned during my GSO experience has been useful in my own work and has allowed me to more effectively contribute to projects and initiatives of my peers and colleagues.
