My intercultural journey
My intercultural journey allowed UWinnipeg to survey the needs of underrepresented students in exchange programs (Indigenous and Newcomers), implement a mentorship program to promote Exchange (with a focus on underrepresented groups), and to have a staff member trained to help students assess their intercultural competency pre- and post- outbound mobility experience.
